Tom Waits a participé à un album hommage au songwriter Daniel Johnston. Cet album sortira sous le titre "Discovered, Covered: The Late Great Daniel Johnston".
Tom Waits est loin d'être seul sur la tracklist puisque Beck, The Flaming Lips, Mercury Rev et bien d'autres ont pris part à ce "tribute to".
Un bien bel hommage pour un artiste qui aura marqué à sa façon la scène rock alternative des années 80.
